B.P.Ed., ( Bachelor of Physical Education) – 2 Years

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% marks and having at least participation in the Inter –college / Inter – Zonal / District / School competition in sports and as recognized by the AIU/IOA/SGFI/ Govt. of India

or
To achieve skill excellence through hard work, practice and participating in different Games and Sports of different levels

or
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 45% marks and studied physical education is compulsory/ elective subject.
A minimum Inter School level participation in sports and games is compulsory.
The candidates should not have completed 30 years of age as on 1st July. However, relaxation of 3 years may be given for SC/ST.
Ex-Servicemen / Experienced Physical Education Teachers shall be given relaxation of 6 years of age.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES

I.APPLICATION FORM:

Application form and Prospectus canbe obtained from the undersigned on requisition along with a crossed bank draft for Rs.200/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST with production of attested Xerox copy of Community Certificate) drawn in favour of the Mother Terasa College of Physical Education Payable at Illupur. Application form and instruction to the candidates can also be downloaded from the website www.motherterasakalvi.com and such applications should be accompanied by a DD for the specified amount.

The dully filled-in application should be sent to, The Correspondent / Principal, Mother Terasa College of Physical Education, Mettusalai, Illupur, Pudukkottai – 622 102 on or before 15.06.2016.

Hostels:

Being a fully residential course, separate hostel facilities are available for men and women candidates. Application forms for hostel accommodation are available in the respective hostels. Mess fee for each month will be collected on dividing system.
